This privacy policy describes how VDI Supply ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through our website at vdisupply.com and through the phone number, email addresses, and forms listed on it.

We only collect information you give us directly. Specifically:

• Quote requests: name, company, phone number, email, project address, and any project details you choose to include.
• Lead-magnet (Free Reference) form: name, email, and optional company name.
• Contact emails & phone calls: whatever information you choose to share when you reach out.
• Basic server logs: standard access information such as IP address, browser type, page requested, and timestamp. These are used to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral fingerprinting, or social-media pixels on this site.

• To respond to your quote, question, or order.
• To deliver the resources you requested (such as the Free Contractor's Reference PDF) and follow up with at most one practical email per month from the yard. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site, fix bugs, and protect against fraud or abuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations as a Maryland business.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the limited service providers we need to actually run the business — for example, our email and hosting providers — and only to the extent they need to do their job. Those providers are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VDI Supply, our customers, or the public.

Quote requests and customer records are retained as long as needed to serve you, fulfill recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead-magnet sign-ups are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your record. Server logs are retained for a short, rolling window for security and diagnostics.

• Access & deletion: you can ask us what we have on file for you and request that we delete it. Email or call the yard with your request and we will handle it within a reasonable time.
• Unsubscribe: every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also call the yard and ask to be removed from the list.
• Correct your information: let us know if anything in our records is wrong and we will fix it.

If you live in a state or country that grants additional privacy rights (for example, California, Virginia, or the EU), those rights apply to you as well. Contact us using the information above to exercise them.

The site uses only the minimum cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering you closed a notice). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block cookies in the settings; if you do, parts of the site may not work as intended.

This is a business-to-business website for the construction trades. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
