Quote requests submitted through the site are exactly that — requests. Pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery windows are confirmed only when VDI Supply issues a written quote, order confirmation, or invoice. Information shown on the site or returned by our online forms is for general guidance and may change without notice.

Final pricing depends on quantities, fabrication, delivery distance, fuel surcharges, market conditions for steel and other commodities, and other factors confirmed at the counter or by phone.

The Free Contractor's Reference PDF, the resource articles on the site, and any specifications, weights, sizing tables, calculation shortcuts, or product picks we publish are general guidance only. They are not engineering, architectural, structural, or code-compliance advice.

Always verify specifications against your project drawings, the requirements of your structural engineer or architect, and applicable state and local building codes before ordering, fabricating, or installing any material. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VDI Supply and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Mary's County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
